Isaiah 41:10
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will
strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right
hand."
Fear is a spectacle of life that is often unavoidable when stressful situations permeate our basic lifestyles. Fear can come out of nowhere and invade our well-being like a true Nordic conqueror waiting to feast upon its prey. By then, our fear as evolved into an inevitable monster feeding day and night upon our lost intentions that at this point are cast far away leaving us in a confused state with little recourse.
Fear often begins as a single, isolated emotion that just wants to be acknowledged and felt. Hence, if we "catch" our fear, look at it, and analyze where its roots began; we can then "release" it letting go of its initial hold. But, unfortunately, we have emotional canons that would rather "stuff" these incidents deep into our psyche allowing them to grow long talons with sure-fire grip. There, it begins to manifest itself into an enormous monster unleashing its effervescent power that is relentless, not allowing us to produce clear thoughts and regulate .
The Bible says, "Fear not". Simply stated, when we are in that "catch" and "release" phase we should be automatically praying for guidance. Each time that prey of fear manifests itself again, we practice: Pray, Catch, and Release. That Tiyanak will be unable to develop the fangs to penetrate our being causing us dismay. No monster will develop, and as God promises, we will be at peace from fear.
Do not allow your fear demon to grow! When fear's grip is first felt, complete: Pray, Catch, and Release - and then JUMP IN! Action conquers fear! With God's guidance you will come out of the fire wrapped in gold, a stronger ionic component allowing you greater freedom and flexibility. Push onward, God will stand steadfast by your side.
